Molly’s Sisters

Six dolls

Here are Molly’s gorgeous doll sisters, from the Austin Fiber Artists workshop that I took from Barbara Johnston at the end of September.

On the left is Sadie, followed by Janie, who looks like a dancer. Then there is Molly (I’m sure you recognize her by now). Next to Molly is a shy lass, whose name is not known yet. If you look closely, you can see that she is holding a small Christmas tree. Then there is Lillian with her arms crossed and on the far right is Lucy.

At the Austin Fiber Artists meeting, we always have show-and-tell before we get down to business. Of the doll making workshop attendees, six of us brought our dolls, so we did a group show-and-tell. You can see how different the dolls are even though they are all from the same pattern and same workshop.

They are marvelous!
